PHYSICAL AFFECTION: all for it, he loves it, he's touch starved, please give him attention
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: he can take a lot of pain but despite having a ton of martial arts training he tends to mostly just rely on the "jump on the person's back and cling" method of fighting. meaning he is pretty bad at it due to being sorely out of practice. he sure does know how to use a gun though if he like, gets one. oocly though, go for it.
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: he's a huge flirt and pretty much always dtf, but notoriously shit at actual relationships. pre-series, the longest lasting relationship he ever had was three weeks long, and it only lasted that long because he needed the place to stay. since then, he's had a relationship that ended... pretty traumatically. so he may need some convincing for anything deeper than a fling or one-time encounter.
he's pansexual, but canonically seems to have a preference for dudes and dude-adjacent folks, since his only discussed/portrayed relationships so far were with men. he is also highly gender nonconforming/fluid, and will often wear womens clothes or mens clothes depending on his whim at the time, which has been a thing since he was a child.
SEXUAL CONTENT: he's cool with it, however i personally am not currently comfortable writing smut??? maybe someday but at this time, i'd rather rely on ftb if it comes up. one warning though, klaus is like, canonically a freak in the sheets. he got genuinely aroused while getting tortured. yeah.
PSYCHIC ABILITIES: sure go ahead oocly, icly he'd be pretty peeved possibly. how much ptsd can you fit in one garbage man
MAGIC/POWERS: hey, he's got those! he has the ability to see the dead, with potential for more than that as he, uh, starts learning to stop running away from his own powers. as far as other people's powers, just ask ahead if you're unsure? but i'll most likely say yes. i'm up for all kinds of wild shit.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: been addicted to drugs and alcohol since he was a kid, whoops! he's been in and out of rehab and prison and just generally has not taken care of himself, it's a wonder he's still alive, really. mental health wise, he has ptsd in all kinds of flavors, and is an abuse survivor and (accidental) war vet.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: oh fun i get to list klaus' biggest triggers: enclosed spaces, ghosts, graveyards, gunshot-like noises, flashing lights, romance. and, you know, sometimes things can be triggers without seeming like they should be, so sometimes things just fucking happen y'know. he can and will have flashbacks and they will be upsetting for everyone involved.

BACKTAGGING: i rely on this a lot, so lay it on me.
FOURTH WALLING: very case by case basis? ask ahead. if it's an element of the game (i.e. deerington) i'll be more up for it. in cases where i'm threading with, say, deadpool or someone like that, i would be up for playing with the fact that he canonically had comics written about him/his family during his time as a teenage superhero.
THREADHOPPING: answer's nearly always yes from me, as long as everyone's cool with it and it doesn't interfere with prearranged plans for the thread.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS/TRIGGERS: for myself, i suppose the biggest thing i can't handle is pet death or harm, especially of cats. i have other things but they shouldn't be a problem, especially if they're warned for properly.
content warnings for interacting with klaus, however, include but are not limited to: drug use and addiction (including hallucinogenics), frequent nicotine use and addiction, alcoholism, family/romantic partner death (and death in general, given his power), heavy child abuse, torture, ptsd symptoms including flashbacks (to his time in the military as well as his child abuse), homelessness, involuntary hospitalization, sexual references and jokes because he has the humor of a teenager and is severely horny on main, and adopted sibling incest (but it didn't involve him so most likely it won't come up unless the affiliated parties—allison and luther—are being discussed).
klaus' method of coping with some of his trauma is by making jokes about it, so some of this will definitely come up in threads with him.
please let me know beforehand if there's something you want to opt out of and i'll do what i can.
